Questions
Will my Instagram account get banned?
BroDM uses the Instagram Graph API. Instagram policies, account eligibility and messaging limits still apply; no tool can guarantee an account will never be restricted.
Do I need a Business account?
Yes — Instagram Business or Creator. Switching is free and takes one tap in the IG app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. One click in your dashboard, no questions asked. Premium and Pro offer monthly or yearly billing.
What if a comment doesn't match a keyword?
Nothing happens. Automations only fire on the keywords you choose, so you stay in control.
Why can't I message someone whenever I want?
Meta only lets businesses message a person within 24 hours of that person's last message to you. BroDM follows this rule: Automations, sequences and AI Replies only send inside that window.
How do comment DMs work?
When someone comments your keyword, BroDM sends them one private reply. Meta allows a single private reply per comment and it doesn't open the 24-hour window, so the message asks them to reply — once they do, the conversation can continue.
What are AI Replies?
AI replies to your DMs, comments and stories, trained on the content you add — links, PDFs, docs and text. They answer only from your knowledge, send your fallback message when unsure, pause for 12 hours when you reply yourself, and are included on Premium and Pro with a monthly allowance.
Why is BroDM invite-only?
BroDM is in beta. Until Meta completes app review, only Instagram accounts approved as testers can connect. Request access and we'll invite you and add your account as a tester.
Do you store my DMs?
Only what's needed to run automations and show analytics. You can export and delete everything anytime — GDPR compliant.
