Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using BroDM ("Service"), operated by Liveupx Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BroDM provides Instagram DM automation services including comment auto-replies, automated direct messages, story automation, and AI-powered conversations through Meta's official APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an Instagram Business or Creator account. You must comply with Instagram/Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with unauthorized parties
• You are responsible for all content sent through automations
• You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month. Lifetime deals are a one-time payment of $99. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Lifetime deals: 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: send unsolicited spam via DMs; violate Meta/Instagram's policies; use the Service for illegal purposes; reverse-engineer or attempt to access our source code; exceed rate limits or abuse the API.

8. Limitation of Liability

BroDM is provided "as is." We are not liable for any Instagram account restrictions, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
